Can you pass the....uh....um.....

So how is everyone?! If you live in California or any of the other 15 states that allow the use of Medical Marijuana, your probably pretty faded. If your like me or my friends, you probably don't even remember the last time you used your local scum bag dealer that smells like soup and his moms basement. Once you buy an 1/8th for $25 and have it be better than most of the sacks you pick up in a month, its kind of hard to go back to paying $50 and run the risk of getting skimped. And don't even get me started on all the free stuff you get from clinics. Lose your piece the last time you got busted by the 5-0? Have no fear!! Just hit up a handful of clinics you've never been to and if you don't end up with a piece from everyone I would be shocked.

But how many people actually use them for their intended purpose? That's actually just as tricky as you'd think it would be to answer. I don't have a card my self, but from what i hear, it isn't exactly the hardest thing in the world to do. To get the card, your supposed to have a chronic (teehee) condition. But.........no one I know that has their card has a chronic condition. If everyone that actually had their card had a chronic condition, we'd be looking at the worst kind of epidemic since the black plague. So it's pretty obvious that most people are bending the rules in some way, but the only way to get the card is from the clinic doctor, but he/she wouldn't just hand them out to whoever wanted on would they? Why would they even think about risking their medical license just so you can get blown?

The answer is because they need the numbers. Plain and simple. The more they can say, "See? Look! The want this. They think and know that it's going to help virtually any kind of medical problem you can think of", the more (hopefully) the US government will be willing to finally stop all this nonsense they've been throwing around for 70+ years.

But are people really abusing anything? It really depends on who you ask.Ask me and say no, and here's why. I for sure do not have a chronic condition, but i do have stomach aches in the morning, slight aches and pains from lifting (part of my job), I'm not anorexic, but some times i just don't have a very good apatite, plus a few other minor things, but the point is, marijuana helps 100% with all of these things and more. Not that for one second i want to suggest that every jack ass with a medical card uses it even for minor problems like these, but i do think its safe to say that enough do understand that it can help and want to get it legal for everyone.

So to sum it all for all you stoners out there too stoned to read all this: get the card. It will most likely help in some way to at least have you as a number in the system, but it will most likely enrich your life in some way.

  7. None here but I wouldn't mind it. Knee aches all day every day and i've taken enough aspirin/ibuprophen/acetaminophen to kill an elephant. I'd rather keep my liver

  8. This March break I went to California for vacation. I was blown away by the amount of ads for "medical marijuana" in a simple paper. About 4 pages worth of small ads.

    I wish I lived there.
